Our efforts extend well beyond investment performance. We will arrange for professional custodial services or work with an existing custodian of choice for each client. Technology platforms allow us to devote special attention to our clients and provide them with updated information. Each individual at NorthStar welcomes contact with clients to review investment topics or administrative matters. For example, we encourage our clients to call or meet with their portfolio manager on a scheduled or ad hoc basis. Because we work with a select number of clients, all of our staff members are knowledgeable and able to help clients deal with a variety of account related matters.

Additionally, NorthStar provides each client with a quarterly account review. This reporting package contains a portfolio appraisal, comments on recent investment activity, and commentary on the market and the economy.
