During a twenty-two year career at State Street Research, Bill Rich held the positions of President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Investment Officer, Director of Research, Portfolio Manager, and Investment Analyst. Bill has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
